Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed quickly. You have 1 hour after placing an order to cancel. After that, it’s already in motion — but we do offer returns if needed.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes, right after checkout — plus a tracking email when your order ships.
What if I gave the wrong shipping address?
Email us at support@bruceboxers.com ASAP. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to fix it.

Right now, we ship only within the USA.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders — always.
How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days. Shipping typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once it ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Do you offer free returns?
Return shipping is not included. You’ll cover the return shipping costs.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@bruceboxers.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send step-by-step instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Send a photo and your order info to support@bruceboxers.com. We’ll replace it — no hassle.
What if my order doesn’t fit?
No problem. With our Perfect Fit Guarantee, if your first pair doesn’t fit, we’ll send a replacement free of charge — no return required.
